Lakshmir Bhandar is a welfare / financial assistance scheme launched by the Government of West Bengal (India).

The scheme underwent a revision in 2024–25: earlier, women from non-SC/ST categories were receiving ₹500 / month, and SC/ST women were at ₹1,000 / month.
From that revision onward, the amounts were increased to ₹1,000 (non-SC/ST) and ₹1,200 (SC/ST) monthly.
There has been speculation / discussion in media about whether the amount might increase further in the 2025 budget, but as of now no official confirmation has been made.
As of June 2025, over 6.8 lakh women who have crossed 60 years are receiving old age pensions via the scheme, as announced in the state assembly.

The scheme is aimed at women empowerment by providing a form of guaranteed income support to women from economically weaker backgrounds.

- Also, there is a “Track Applicant & View Payment Status” page to see application / payment status.
Provide required credentials / details
On the “Track Applicant & View Payment Status” page, you can search using one of the following:

- Mobile number
- Aadhaar number

View status / payment details
