Didi Ke Bolo – Whatsapp Phone Number, Contact, Complain Status & Portal Registration @ didikebolo.com
The West Bengal government launched the “Didi Ke Bolo” portal at didikebolo.com to address public grievances, an initiative personally started by CM Mamata Banerjee to connect directly with citizens. A new contact number, 91370 91370, and the official website, www.didikebolo.com, were introduced in April 2019.
Initially, people could submit their complaints through a contact form on the website; however, both the form and the website have since been discontinued. Despite this, the helpline number remains active under the Programme Implementation & Grievance Cell, allowing residents to continue lodging complaints.
Citizens can now use the 91370 91370 number to raise issues or seek assistance. This initiative, the first of its kind by the Trinamool Congress (TMC)-led state government, primarily aims to strengthen the party’s grassroots connection, especially in areas that were historically its strongholds.
