The Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Jammu and Kashmir, has released the J&K Ration Card Application Form 2025 in PDF format for download on the official website fcsca.jk.gov.in.
Individuals whose names are not listed in the J&K Ration Card List 2025 can now apply for a new APL/BPL Ration Card. Applicants can also download the Ration Card Report with Family Details for inclusion of their names in the updated list.
The department provides the Ration Card Application Form in both Urdu and English for convenience. Eligible residents can download the form, fill it out, and submit it to the concerned authority to have their names added to the new J&K Ration Card List online.
A Ration Card is a crucial document in Jammu and Kashmir, enabling residents to access various state-sponsored welfare schemes and purchase essential commodities at subsidized rates from nearby Fair Price Shops (FPS).

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website at fcsca.jk.gov.in
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Download Forms” option to open the page as shown below:-
STEP 3: From the drop-down menu, select the option of ‘Forms for General Public‘ or directly click at New Ration Card Form J & K to open the page as below:-
